I'm so happy you are here!

My name is Megan, and I like a little bit of everything.  I crave adventure, and solitude.  I'm certified and insured in Power Yoga and Hot Power Yoga, and have been teaching since 2017.  A few of my other passions include: social justice, racial equality, animal rights, reproductive rights, as well as wine, food and travel :)  With a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, I invite you into my attempt at balancing all the good, with all the not-so-good.

And I believe that we feel good by doing good.  Which is why 10% of all class proceeds are donated to a different Action Group each Season.  Scroll below for details.
