Moonlit yoga is always a favorite. Full Moons are a time of heightened energy, activity, and emotions. As we flowed, Mother Moon glowed...
This was our first ✨Namaste and Rosé Night✨ of 2021, and it felt so great to be back outdoors! With a bonus of watching the Full Moon rise over the mountains in Griffith Park throughout class 😍
YOGA FOR THE
Not only does yoga help open our hearts spiritually and emotionally, but there are immense physical benefits yoga offers the heart as well. Whether your heart needs healing or is exploding with love, this class was perfect for you, as we spent lots of extra time on heart-openers ❤️
One, two, three, four, five...everybody's on the Zoom, so come on let's fly 🎶 To the, yoga class around the corner!
One of the beauties of virtual yoga has been eliminating the commute of getting there #SilverLinings. Our first and final January flow was a cozy living room class on 1/23 from 4-5 🤗
108 SUN SALUTATIONS
2021 finally arrived! What to expect, we do not know. But 2020 is over, and everything we left behind is too. To help shed old layers and welcome what's to come, we practiced 108 Sun Salutations, apart but together. Interested in why 108? Follow @namasteandrose to find out...
'WINTER IS HERE'
On the 21st of December we officially welcomed winter! Instead of hibernating, we continued to stretch our bodies and feed our souls.
Mondays can be manic. To help destress, we flowed together as the sun rose, to help naturally wake our bodies with the wake of a new season.
'WINTER IS COMING'
'Twas the season for cooler temps and warmer drinks! So we stretched out the holidays with a little yoga. 12/12 @ 12 made it easy to remember, and easy to do!
And in the ✨spirit of the holiday✨ some holiday deals launched as well!
FULL MOON *LUNAR ECLIPSE* YOGA
Our first yoga roadtrip! From Palm Springs, we offered our second virtual class under a full moon lunar eclipse.
✨Fun fact✨ This was the final penumbral lunar eclipse of 2020.
IN THE PARK
We held a morning flow on Thanksgiving, to help set our intention of gratitude for the day. What better way to stretch out (our stomachs) before we cooked and ate all day?! As a bonus, 100% of our Thanksgiving class proceeds were donated to the Action Group of the Month.
YOGA FOR DIWALI
Diwali, or Dipawali, is India's biggest and most important holiday of the year. It is sometimes referred to as the Sanskrit word Deepavali, which means "row of lights," and illumination plays an integral role in the festival. Diwali symbolizes the "spiritual victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance."
This was our first virtual class offering via Zoom, and students were encouraged to 'light up' their space however they liked ✨
FULL MOON YOGA
We started and ended October with big, bright full moons. When there are 2 full moons in 1 month (which is super rare), the 2nd is called a 'blue moon.' In this outdoor class, we donned our favorite stretchy costumes and flowed with ghosts, goblins, and other creatures of the night under the moonlight!
✨Fun fact✨ The last time a full moon was visible in every time zone on Halloween was 1944! The next will come in 2039. See you there 😉
YOGA IN THE PARK
In honor of
we offered our first
Special Discount Day! Held in Griffith Park, we flowed in the morning under the trees.
Our first 'Do Yoga Outside' experience with ✨Namaste and Rosé✨ was held on the first day of a new month, as well as a full moon, making it a wonderful time to welcome positive change, and release old patterns.
