Welcome, welcome, welcome! Come one, come all! Yoga is for everyone. Just bring your mat, and yourself.
Feel free to bring anything else to create your own unique space as well (crystals, incense, mala beads, meditation pillow, blanket) - and let's flow!
Pricing:
Every class is a flat rate of $15
Class will always be outdoors
Most classes will also offer a "Namaste and Rosé" option, for another $5 if you would like to nama'stay after class for a Featured Wine Tasting :)
10% of all class proceeds are donated to the designated Action Group of the Season

After stretching out with yoga, come test out those limber muscles with a little golf!
It is my honor to help host the 5th Annual Golf Memorial Tournament, in memory of my cousin, Shane Galt. As always, all proceeds will go into a savings account for Shane's daughter, Lily.

HEALTH DAY
The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.
The Day provides an opportunity for all stakeholders working on mental health issues to talk about their work, and what more needs to be done to make mental health care a reality for people worldwide.
